This unique custom home in the beautiful Channelbend neighborhood spares no detail for you to have an amazing vacation. With multiple living areas and outdoor spaces to enjoy, everyone can socialize while still finding their own space.

The first floor provides the main common areas for all to enjoy. The comfy living room, kitchen and dining area are located here. The kitchen is fully stocked and waiting for the family chef to whip up todays fresh catch. With eat-in seating or a spacious dining table for the whole family to enjoy a meal together. In the back, an amazing screened-in porch (with tiki bar) awaits with an adjacent sun deck and covered deck to be enjoyed night and day. There is also a quaint front deck that overlooks the salted oaks of Channelbend.

The ground floor is a unique space that the kids will enjoy. The wrap-around couch with fold out queen size sleeper is great for a movie night! Also located on the ground floor is a full bathroom with shower and kitchenette with microwave.

The top floor includes two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a loft area with TV and queen sleeper sofa and a sun deck nestled amongst the trees.

The beach, which we know is the best attraction Topsail Island offers, is a short walk away. Guests can use the Channelbend beach access and take in all the sun, surf and sand you can handle! Guests also have access to Channelbend's neighborhood day dock, which is a great perk to do a little fishing. Jean's Dream has everything you need to get away from it all.

Your beach house is located approximately 3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital or the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Islands past.
