The Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals Team is committed to making sure you have the very best vacation possible!! We make check in super easy, onsite at the condo!! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Parking passes are not included with your reservation. You will purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival onsite from the front desk. Parking restrictions do apply, please limit 2 vehicles during the busy seasons. Please contact us if you need offsite parking options. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.

The folks at Alabama Get Aways were super responsive. The responses were always timely and all the help that they provided was very valuable. I never had to wait for a response and they worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable during our whole day. The unit was very clean well stocked and the whole property is lovely with lots of options and outdoor pool lazy river indoor pools Jacuzzis tennis court above and a basketball court beside. The unit was lovely. Only suggestion would be to change out the air filters so the unit smells more fresh. We bought a couple of Glade plug-ins and resolved the issue very well. Thank you so much for accommodating our extra guest who slept on the fold out bed with air mattresses. It made her sleeping situation ideal. Overall this unit in Alabama getaways was a very pleasant experience and we will be back!

Check in to check out was very smooth! Contacted host with a concern and the reply was spontaneous. Great location close to everything but yet just enough away to be peaceful. Beautiful pool, bbq and mini beach access was very tranquil. The condo was clean with great beds. The pillows were quite hard an flat and no amenities in the kitchen. Bring your own coffeee,tea sugar etc. Accidentally left something behind and was told they would ship it back to us, how wonderful of them. Overall loved our stay
