You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of Paris.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

We were a family group of 6 staying for a few days. The location was very convenient for the metro and there were plenty of local shops and takeaways. The area felt safe to be in and walk around. If travelling via Gare du Nord I would suggest not taking a station taxi and using the metro instead. The taxi fare was 66 euros for the 6 of us - not a good welcome to Paris. We were greeted by Adonis who let us in and showed us around. The 3 rooms were a good size and were clean and fresh. There were plenty of electric fans for use which was just as well because we stayed during a 33C heatwave. The flat didn't have air con but given the age and type of building this would be difficult to retrofit. The flat itself was on the 1st floor with stairs access or no lift. The agency were very professional and made check in and check out easy. Contact numbers were provided for any issues but we didn't have any need to use these. Overall we were happy with things.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect--it is within a neighborhood with walking distance to numerous excellent local stores. It is easy to get to the main tourist attractions near the Seine, but far enough away to avoid some crowds. The host was marvelous--friendly and helpful. The flat was perfect with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a nice kitchen area and comfortable living room area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful host, clean apartment, comfortable beds and pillows. Walking distance to many locations and close to metro.

The apt was clean and tiny but very small. From the pictures it looks 3-4X the size. I expected it to be smaller than the pictures but was surprised by how small it actually was. Staff were friendly and even brought by some extra bedding after we requested it. Overall, decent stay but too small for 2 families of 4 each.
