There are accommodations where the sea is nearby. And then there are those that are really right by the sea.
Riviera Apartments are on the front line, facing Playa de la Porquerola. Direct access to the beach is available from the communal area itself. No car, no transfers and no unnecessary complications. You leave the apartment and, in very little time, you're by the water.
The complex has an adult swimming pool and a children's pool. Something especially convenient when travelling with children, as it allows you to alternate between beach and pool depending on what you fancy that day. The apartment is prepared for a comfortable stay and has free WiFi.

Some small basic features or the furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but they all have the same main characteristics. Special requests such as a specific apartment or view are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request this when making your booking.

This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key handover. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Porquerola Beach is narrow and extensive (more than 2.5 km long) and is located on the outskirts of Miami, with barely any buildings. It is mainly characterised by its perfect combination of sea and a natural, wild environment.
You can sunbathe and swim in the calm, clean waters. Being the least touristy and, moreover, being so narrow, you can be close to the shore without being surrounded by other people. To get there you have to walk along some very beautiful paths, they are somewhat remote but easy to access. In the afternoons it is common to see small groups of fishermen trying their luck with a rod. The perfect time to get close and discover the secrets and culture of the place.

Location and general environment of the property was great.
The apartment needs to have some money spent on it, no improvements since the last time we stayed in it, for the double bed sinks in the middle and if you in it you finish with back pain. The single beds sheets are to small as they slide off during the night, the old fridge salad drawer broken and no bottle rack on door, shower screen leaks, toilet brush and sweeping brush have all seen better days. The extremely small chopping handle fell out every time you picked it up. There were no tea towels, the dining room chairs screws were continually falling out.
A welcome bottle of water would have been a nice gesture.

Le standing,la proximité avec la plage et les commerces.
Literie de la chambre au grand lit pas en rapport avec la qualité et le standing de cet ensemble(grincement du lit incessant..)
Dans la cuisine manque bouilloire électrique ainsi qu'une cafetière genre nespresso.
