My condo was clean & freshly painted w an interesting busy intercoastal waterway view. And the golf course neighborhood couldn't be more beautiful & convenient to highways to downtown St Pete and other destinations. But, the condo has not been updated in 30 years: fit & fixtures are old. There is opportunity for much better use of kitchen and entry space, much more storage cabinetry, and the addition of several computer desks - everyone has a computer now - without compromising the appearance or usefulness of the condo. The faucets are original and stiff, difficult to get the flow I wanted. Sound isolation is poor: I heard little kids running around upstairs, and items being loudly dropped. During my month stay on the 4th floor, the elevator was down for 2 whole weeks. What possessed them to do elevator maintenance during tourist high-season?? I expect a rebate of 15% for the days it was down, but the whole condo was not worth as much as the condo in the next bldg where my friends stayed. That condo had been renovated & upgraded. What a difference!!!

Very nice building to spend a week. You need to pay extra to use the bike racks :(Had a small problem with condo and manager came over right away to resolve :)We would stay again.
