The location and the view are good but the beds are very uncomfortable probably needs new mattress, and the tv in the living room doesn’t work. Other than that the stay was great !

Gourmet kitchen complete with wine fridge. Washer/dryer in unit. Ginormous patio with endless ocean views and sounds of shore-break. Restaurants on site with ocean views. 4 pools (one kiddie) 3 Jacuzzis. separate area to grill and kiddie playground. Check us out @rockypointrelax on Instagram
