This is a great property situated within 20 driving minutes of our favorite beach, Sand Key Park. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious. The kids were able to hang out in the living room when they wanted to be together, but there was also plenty of space to spread out if they wanted to get away. There was plenty of cookware, which allowed for meal prep at home. It was super close to Publix and Dunkin. We were grateful for the washer and dryer. We loved the water pressure in the shower. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The location is wonderful. The inside of the home is really dark even with all the shades up and there wasn't a working lamp anywhere in the home. Definitely no frills, but the price was a bargain.

We were very comfortable, with a feeling of home. Bedrooms were well equipped with extra comforters. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the outside patio, very relaxing. Living room had a great tv with plenty of streaming channels. Very cozy home.
