About this house rental
This beautiful luxury home is located in a private gated community on the Intracoastal Waterway, adjacent to Outriggers Restaurant & Marina. The interior is light and bright, exceptionally clean, has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, family & dining rooms, a back patio, and 2 balconies upstairs. Outside you will enjoy a keyed-entry community pool and hot tub, large yard, and tropical landscape. Enjoy the adjacent marina, fishing store, and restaurant just steps out the back door! Just a short stroll away are both the white sands of New Smyrna Beach, and a charming downtown with shops and restaurants along Canal Street. Both within 1 mile. You'll find every amenity you could possibly need while traveling here, but if you have any special requests, feel free to ask us. Please note there is no boat or trailer parking available here. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and loved walking to the restaurant right out the back door. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable! We aren’t boaters but the marina was so enjoyable to look at from the pool.

Beautiful house and great spot for a birthday celebration! The house was beautifully decorated, new, clean and fresh with very comfortable couch and beds! Great spot, only a few steps away from the marina bar and restaurant. Thank you!

Perfectly clean, updated luxury home at the Marina. Enjoyed our 4 night stay and the Restaurant adjacent was the best too…Great happy hour 100 feet from the back door. Pool was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.
