About this apartment rental
This adorable two-bedroom North Myrtle Beach condo features brightly colored walls and charming touches throughout. The condo sleeps up to six people with two queen bedrooms with lovely bedding and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The cozy kitchen features white cabinets and stainless appliances with everything you need to prepare meals each day. Each bathroom offers plenty of counter space and a tub/shower combo. The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the living room as well as one of the bedrooms – the perfect spot to unwind after a long day spent on the beautiful beaches. Carolina Reef is a quaint oceanfront condo building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. You'll enjoy the intimate feel of the condos at Carolina Reef that will set your vacation apart from the rest. This condo building is complete with an oceanfront sundeck with a pool to enjoy. Get the home-away-from-home experience with the BBQ grill area and don't hesitate to venture out and about on the town with Main Street just a mile up the road.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction
Refunds will not be issued for any inconvenience due to construction, road repair, property renovations, etc.

Good location and easy access to the beach. Room wasn’t very clean. Sheets were already filled with sand when we got there. The rug looked like it has seen it’s days and looked like it needed vacuumed. The main bedroom looks like it was been flooded in the past. The baseboards are moldy looking and the curtains have a waterline. The furniture in that room was deteriorated at the legs. One dresser was completely broke from it and they actually had a new one delivered there during our stay.

The view of ocean is fantastic. Also a short walk to the beach which was great! This place needs a good thorough cleaning. However, Bedding and towels were clean. It was smaller than I thought. Maybe include the square footage. A couple parking spaces are quite tight. Front door needs some attention and the carpeting at front door stinks terribly!
