Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom, and 1 full & 1 twin in the 4th bedroom. Sleeping 13 people max.
There is a excellent ocean view from this 10th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV as well as the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water & ice and a Keurig. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is a gorgeous view from the balcony.

We stayed with another family and several teenagers. The location was great. It wasn't loud or crowded. Easy access to the pool and beach. We had plenty of space in the condo. The balcony was nice and you could see the beach from there. The kitchen had efficient dishes and tools. Every was as advertised. The building was safe and in such a convenient location. There is a mini mart in a short walk along with an icecream shop and surf shop. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

There were plenty of pots and pans but everything was just thrown in the cabinets, utensils were also unorganized. Floors were very dirty , had to mop when we first arrived , no way they had cleand them before we arrived. Twin beds had a lot to be desired , some of the pillows smelled of urine. Other then that we had a great time and it was a nice view . Would have been nice to have a key pad for the pool entry instead of dealing with a key .
