Beautiful, newly-built cottage in Historic Downtown St. Augustine, steps from the marina and surrounded by top attractions, the best restaurants, unique shops, galleries, and more. Magically serene and peaceful neighborhood next to all of the best spots downtown. The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Often birds and owls find peace in the tall canopy in the backyard.

We enjoyed our two night stay . The home was very clean and inviting . Outdoor entrance could have been more welcoming with new plants hanging above as dead ones were left unattended.Very cozy feel , could have had some candles available for more romantic feel and we had no shampoo or conditioner available or bubble bath for inviting bath tub. Overall , very nice. Old original sink retro feeling but so stained not appealing . needs pest control several creatures crawling as we were in wooded area. Very nice welcome with cookies and wine available to guest.

From the moment we walked in it felt welcoming. I surprise with some lovely birthday gifts. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. From the homemade soaps to the fresh ground coffee, and a selection of wines. Very cozy. I highly recommend. The host was very responsive. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The only problem we had we needed more time to stay.

We stayed at this property for 2 night. Overall, the house is nice. The area is ok. The outdoor areas could be cleaned as they were a bit dirty.
