We have been renting VRBO homes since 2009. This is definitely one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. It was an open floor plan so it had an open roomy feel but it was nice to have the bedroom area separated from the living spaces. The bathroom, with a double vanity was spacious and had a nice shower. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen was equipped with enough to prepare a meal.

We would definitely stay here again. The unit was very comfortable and centrally located. Check-in was seamless and our host was great. Felt very safe, there is a rolling locking metal gate that secures the area where our vehicle was parked as well as the entry to the casita. Neighborhood is quiet so you don't have traffic noise.

The size of the apartment was ideal for the two of us. It had everything we needed especially in terms of kitchen and cooking for ourselves. We also appreciated that the host checked in with us regularly.

Had a wonderful stay in Marcia’s Casita. It was as advertised- spacious, light filled, open floor plan, very clean. We slept well, appreciated the large bathroom and privacy the property afforded us. Although adjacent to the host’s home, it is completely enclosed and secure. Loved having a private patio to enjoy morning coffee. Location is fantastic too. Marcia is very quick to respond & helpful. Have already recommended the Casita to family, and would return in the future.
