This renovated three-bedroom home puts you right in the middle of it, with exposed beams, natural light, and enough space for six to settle in properly.

Living spaces
The main living area centers around an exposed-beam ceiling that gives the room genuine character - the kind that comes with the neighborhood, not from a renovation catalog. A 50-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix is ready when you want a quiet night in, and the ceiling fan keeps the air moving year-round. Central air conditioning and heating handle the rest. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a door mean anyone who needs to stay connected - or just wants a quiet corner - has what they need.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, electric stove, and single oven alongside a microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table are all in place. Start the morning with coffee before heading out, or come back after a long day and cook something together.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms are outfitted with cotton linens and room-darkening shades. With 2.5 bathrooms for the group, mornings move smoothly. The home is single-level with no internal stairs, and clothing storage is available in each room.

Bathrooms
Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Hot water, cleaning products, and towels are all provided.

Family-friendly
Traveling with children? A pack 'n play/travel crib with sheets and a folding high chair with food tray are both available upon request. Babysitter recommendations can also be provided.

Practical extras
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, essentials, and a safe round out the practical side of the stay. The home has a private entrance, self check-in via smart lock, and free street parking directly outside. A patio and backyard give you outdoor space when the weather is right.

Location
Magazine Street is walkable from the front door - boutiques, cafés, and Annunciation Square are all within easy reach. The streetcar a few blocks away connects you to the French Quarter, Superdome, and Tulane without needing a car. Exterior security cameras are present on the property to maintain guest safety and community standards.

Good to know
This is a single-level home with no stairs. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Cleaning is available during your stay.
