About this apartment rental
Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom apartment with private entrance and private outdoor gazebo centrally located. Less than 3 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and 5 minute drive to Dreams Park. Wood floors throughout, 65" TV for your use plus air conditioning and heat, which you control for your own comfort. Both bedrooms have Queen beds, plus there is a Queen sized pullout sofa bed in the den. Bathroom has a full tub plus shower. Kitchenette does not include a full oven or stove, but does includes a full sized refrigerator, plus large toaster oven, electric griddle, countertop electric 2 burner stove, coffee/tea maker, microwave and all other kitchen essentials. Also enjoy your own private outdoor space which includes a covered gazebo plus grill, fire pit and seating for 6. Two friendly fenced dogs on the property.
Please note you will be able to hear our dogs and family members walking/running around upstairs but we do house the dogs upstairs on the third level from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am where you will will be unable to hear them. If any family member comes home after 10:00 pm, we do our best to be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful, secluded home in the woods. The proximity to both downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Field was perfect and allowed us to run back by the house when we were between games. There is an incredible amount of space and the bedrooms stay nice and dark despite the early sunrise times in the summer! One thing to know if traveling with young children is that the bedrooms are quite separated (which could be a great thing or a challenging one, depending on what you’re looking for, haha!). Beds were comfy, blankets/pillows were plentiful, and hosts are as nice as they come. We’d recommend this property 10/10!

The facility was clean with more than enough supplies for us. We mostly used it for sleeping being very busy with activities in Cooperstown. The location is great as the Clark Sports Field is close as is the blue lot for shuttle parking.
