The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has four bedrooms to accommodate travelers. I would consider pets if they are trained . The kitchen and bathroom have been recently been remodeled and the home is a comfortable retreat after visiting Boston for the day.. The house can accommodate 8 guests . 1 king , 1 full, 3 queen . Perfect for holidays and Marathon . The home is located within walking distance or bus to Central Ave transit station which takes you to Ashmont Station and the red line to downtown Boston. The home is 5 minutes to Blue Hills for recreational fun , walking , hiking and nighttime skiing in the winter. The Home has mini-splits for hotter months central ac/ extra heat source in winter.

This is a charming home in a quiet location, and very true to the descriptions in the listing. We were a family of 8, and this was an excellent home base for to attend Harvard Law school graduation ceremonies for our daughter, a short drive to Boston and Cambridge, but located perfectly to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The home has multiple bedrooms with many comfortable beds allowing for flexible sleeping options for either a small or large group. The house was very clean, everything in good working order, and check-in and check-out were about as easy as you can find in a vacation rental. Steven was a wonderful host and very responsive during the process which made this a very easy and pleasant stay. We are long time VRBO renters and this was lovely short stay at a nice home with a great host!

This is probably the best-stocked kitchen we've experienced in a short-term rental: the inventory of pots and pans and appliances (even a slow cooker) was excellent, and we're partial to gas stoves. It's quite a lot of room, and everything is nicely updated. Be aware that the stairs are quite steep; my mother had trouble climbing them, but the living room couch was extremely comfy and she slept very well down there.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown Boston, but not in the city. Steve was helpful and we had a really nice stay. Super easy! House has everything you need.
