We had an amazing stay at The Grand Panama in Panama City Beach! The condo was spotless, cozy, and extremely comfortable — truly felt like a home away from home. Bonus points for the beach equipment included in the stay! The host was also wonderful with communication, making everything simple and stress-free from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

I rarely ever leave reviews but wanted to share my experience! This condo was perfect!!! It was not outdated. Everything was beautiful. King size bed was so comfortable. Nice quality towels as well. This is the first condo that I’ve used and haven’t had to had to go purchase one single thing. There were even muffin pans! May seem silly but it’s become “tradition” to make muffins for breakfast when we go to the beach and I always have to go buy a muffin pan. I just started bringing my own but forgot to this time. To my surprise there was one already there! Plenty of utensils and dishes, there were even Tupperware containers! (Something I usually have to purchase or bring as well) the owner truly thought of everything! The condo also stayed very cool!!! We actually had to bump the air up to 72 so we didn’t freeze! Even though it was in tower 2 and not technically on the beach, the view was still amazing and it was super easy to use the walkway to get across to the beach. Would 100% recommend!!!

I’ll start with the positives- the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was in great shape! No scratched pans, dingy dinnerware, and had all the extra appliances/utensils you would need. For someone who likes to cook, I appreciated that greatly! Secondly, the bedroom’s main bed was SO comfortable! My husband and I slept like a baby on it. Lastly, my daughter appreciated the games/magnatiles you had to play with that were stored away in the chest. For the negative- upon arrival the living room still had sand on the floor. I felt it immediately after taking my shoes off, so I wasn’t real impressed with that. The kitchen countertops had been neglected and had obvious sand and crumbs on them. House keeping needs to do a better job cleaning. Six out of the seven days we stayed there, the main lobby of our tower had an awful uncleanly smell like dirty diapers. A very minor suggestion would be replacing the recliners in the living room. They’re dingy and cracking, so they feel a little unwelcoming to sit on. This unit has so much potential, and all in all we enjoyed our stay! It could have been improved by a few things mentioned.
