Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor East corner with incredible views and unreal sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75”OLED SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" OLED SMART TV in the master, and a 55" OLED Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, there are two Queen sized beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. The condo was decorated beautifully. Excellent view! I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The master bedroom sheet came off and I was shocked about the mattress pad! It was filthy!!! Stains all over it ! The drawer under the oven had all kinds of dried food all in it. Needed cleaned out. The blender did not work and the Nutra Bullett seal was broken so we could not make any frozen drinks. There was dirt and some trash behind some of the beds. It just needed a very deep clean. The couch covers did not fit well and the cushions would slip off and they were really dirty!!! We only had 3 towels (of poor quality) per room. Each room could sleep 4 people so we were short on towels ! There should be at least 4 towels per room. No extra blankets for the beds if you got cold. I have always rented from VRBO in the past and I only rent from 5 star reviews! So disappointing. I feel like some of the owners of these condos do not follow up or visit their properties. My own house is not this dirty. I will rent from Brett Robinson next year. Had a great experience last year in this building but decided to give VRBO a chance since I have had good luck with them in the past. I have pictures to prove my complaints.

East/oceanfront view from a corner unit on the 23rd floor - nothing better in the world. It was our first blended family vacation with our grown children. We gad a blast and lucked out with mostly good weather. It's the perfect time of year, not too hot, humid, or crowded. We can't wait to do it again next year.The place was gorgeous, just as listed. We couldn't have asked for a better host, location, or unit having two queens in three of the four bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen was great as we did quite a bit of cooking while we were there for a week.The lazy river was very relaxing for the ladies. Great other amenities too.Would definitely recommend.

The unit was new, but the bedrooms were overcrowded with furniture. The coffee maker stopped working, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.Expected better quality for 1k per night.
