BRAND NEW one-bedroom suite with kitchenette, king-sized bed, walk-in shower, pull out sofa bed, walking distance to Central Waters Brewery and downtown Amherst. Whether you are here for work or for play, this is a great spot to rest your head.

Access good. Room was good but thin ceiling allowed for some noise from upstairs. Shower head dribbles and may need repair/replace and hot water temp was a bit low. Mattress for pullout bed from couch sags in the middle. Otherwise it was good. Nice to have washer/dryer in room and appliances were in good shape.
