House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without express written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, and prostitution, is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. One dog is allowed with a $50 fee and UPON REQUEST ONLY. Out of consideration of our neighbors we do not allow dogs considered to be a dangerous breed. We do not allow cats. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. All pets must have up to date shot records.
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in outside public areas for security purposes.
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 travelers. Very clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom and closet and homey. The proprietor is responsive and it was a stress free experience to stay there. Well worth the money.

The cottage was super clean and cozy. Very convenient but quiet location. Close to shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this place and would love another opportunity to visit again.

Very private and relaxing! Had everything we needed and more! Very comfy bed and having two bathrooms was a bonus! Centrally located in a safe area. Will be back!
