This unit is located on the fifth floor of the building with spectacular views of the water and a pool for your enjoyment. Pool is NOT heated. There is an elevator located in the building.
This 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is located on the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views.
The condo is 800 ft.²
Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration:
Master bedroom (Queen) with Full En-suite Bathroom (Soaker Tub/Shower combo): Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds): Sleeps 2
Full bathroom located in the hallway (Shower).
The Balcony provides a spectacular view of the sunset! The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom.
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is perfect for guests to relax and socialize while looking out onto the beautiful sugar white sands of Navarre Beach. A smart TV in the living room and bedrooms allow for streaming. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Full size washer and dryer are available and located in the condo.
Beach chairs (to be taken to the beach) are in the unit provided for your enjoyment. There are also beach towels for guest use.
Cookware (Fadware) is provided and the only type to be used on the induction range.
Community charcoal grills located on the westside of the building.
Limit of 2 vehicles per unit. Trailors, boats, jet skis, large trucks, golf carts, and motor homes are not permitted on Sun Dunes property.
Carts are available for luggage and groceries. Carts must be returned immediately after use.

What an amazing condo right on the Gulf of America!! This end unit on the 4th floor just off the elevator was perfect for us to wind down and relax at the end of our 3 week road trip. It was great to sip coffee or a cocktail while sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. Nicely decorated with comfortable seating for relaxing in the evening.Communication with the host was great with many reminders to sign up for the virtual parking pass which was so easy. Great communication and response when we had an issue with the refrigerator and a workable temporary solution was provided quickly. Many thanks to the property management and their team for taking care of the issue. My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is one we plan to return for. The accommodations are simply awesome and worth the trip.

We were informed on the way to the rental property that the refrigerator was not working. They worked with us and brought us a mini fridge and gave us a slight discounted price and compensate us for the ice we had to use. Things happen, but they were willing to help us through the process.It would’ve been much better with the refrigerator, but it did not put a damper our stay. The view was beautiful. The property was immaculate and we will definitely return.

Everything was wonderful. The space was well-stocked with an ample amount of cooking supplies and towels, which made everything easy and convenient.
