About this house rental
Come visit beautiful Crystal River and relax in our house. Take any of our 4 kayaks across the bay to the famous Three Sisters Springs and see the manatees. Head out to the Gulf of Mexico in your boat for some great fishing or the always popular scalloping (when in season). We have a 50' dock with a floating section for ease of launching the kayaks. There is an ice machine in the garage that produces enough ice to keep your coolers full. A heated screened-in pool for family and friends to enjoy. Our house is just a short distance to Ft. Island Gulf beach where you can sit and relax while the kids play in the water. Just past the house is access to two boat ramps. This home is fully furnished with 3 flat screen Smart TVs. There are 2 queen beds in the guest bedrooms. A king size bed in the master bedroom leaving plenty of sleeping room for everyone. For your convenience, we provide FREE wireless Internet. We have a high-efficiency washer and dryer available for your use. Linens and towels are provided for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook with (blender, regular coffee pot, microwave, toaster). A BBQ grill is also provided for outdoor grilling.
The house is located just a short distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees.
Boat Docking and Canal:
We have a 50' dock with a small floating dock attached that leaves about 30' of dock space for 1 boat. We are in the corner of the cove, there is not enough room to tie boats side by side, so only 1 boat will fit on our dock. The canal can get shallow in spots at low tide, less than 2' during the summer months and less than that during the winter months.

We couldn't have asked for a better trip Mark's property is perfect for a central area to see multiple springs. We had a great time and the pool was an extra cherry on top. All that needs to be said is if your thinking about booking a trip DO IT. You won't be disappointed.

The house and layout are amazing!! The pool was our favorite part with a beautiful view and how it lit up in the evening and night time! Check in and out was flawless!

This house is fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. Pool and patio area are much larger than they appear. Dock is like brand new and easily fit our 24' Tritoon. Fresh water hose also right at the dock. Plenty of parking for 4 large SUV's. Kitchen was preloaded with a ton of spices, paper towels, zip lock bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Open living room had great seating. You can tell the owners use this house themselves for sure. Ice machine and 6 kayaks in garage. The ice machine was a huge help. Brand new Dyna Glo grill was full of propane and worked perfect. We cooked some big ribeyes on there. Canal is a little shallow but we did not hit bottom at all, even when we came in at low tide. We are already planning a trip back in July to stay here again.
