Great little cottage steps from the beach. 6 of us stayed comfortably in this updated cute cottage. They had beach chairs for us to use and a full kitchen. There is only one car allowed but the parking was convenient and easy. The only issue we encountered was check in. We had done the process for contactless check in as we weren’t arriving until 7pm. Unfortunately we went thru the process of the lockbox but there was no key. Called the number and left a message. Took nearly 45 minutes to then be emailed a code and it turns out a key was not necessary despite the original instructions. The unit was quiet and a stand alone building which felt very private. The screened in porch in the back had a large table with 4 comfortable chairs that we enjoyed a lot. From the back door you can cross the street and be on the lovely Upham beach. We would definitely stay here again.
