Just dreamy…

Everything! We stayed at the “Flower Suite”, which was absolutely beautiful. With vaulted ceilings, king size bed, luxurious linens, walk-in closet, gorgeous bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a direct access to the lush gardens, with private sitting area. The owner, Pierre, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable. We had typical Provançal lunch in the garden, while enjoying the sound of cicadas… The pool was sparkly clean to enjoy on a hot summer day. In the evening, we walked 5 minutes to the charming village Gordes for dinner. Merci beaucoup Pierre, for hosting us at Villa Hautvallon. We were very sad to leave…

A lovely property

It was a pleasure for us to stay at Villa Hautvallon. We feel very welcomed. The feel is that we were at a family cozy home. The property is so beautiful and well cared. We loved the dinner, the gardens, the decorations. And specialy the kindness of the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. The conservation and decoration of the hotel, its interiors and its gardens enchanted us. The room we stayed in was quite big, as was the bathroom. Both well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. Continental breakfast very well served in a lovely place next to the pool.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Concierge like service with advice on what to do and where to eat.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of pastries, fresh cut fruit, yogurt and eggs cooked to your preference. It is served in the pavilion by the pool which is beautifully designed and decorated. The Villa and its grounds are stunning and it is very easy to walk into town where parking is extremely limited. The pool is heated and very good sized. The owners were very thoughtful and knowledgeable and made recommendations on where to go and eat and made restaurant bookings for us as well.

WONDERFUL STAY!!!

Villa Hautvallon is an amazing hotel. It’s intimate, really beautiful, with increadible outdoor space and a classy but still cozy decor with tons of indoor space. We had a wonderful stay. The owners are really friendly and helpful, they truly go out of their way to make your stay in the villa as pleasant as possible. I would love to go back there and my only regret is that our stay was too short!!! I would really recommend it, especially to couples wanting to make life-long memories.

Absolutely wonderful and charming stay; we have already recommended it to friends!

We loved our stay at Villa Hautvallon! Mariane and Pierre were very gracious hosts, and were helpful with making dinner reservations, recommending things to see, and even setting up a lovely outdoor space for us to enjoy the wine and cheese we purchased while out during the day. The villa and grounds are gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk into town for the Tuesday morning market, and parking in town in the evenings for dinner was easy. Our family suite was spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning in the charming breakfast room. We felt thoroughly pampered, and we hated to leave.

Exceptional in Gordes

Beautiful luxurious place in Gordes. As the gate opened, we knew we were in good hands. Lights came on in the driveway to welcome us. The friendly host came out to greet us. The home is huge and so beautifully decorated. I had to check my booking to see if I had accidentally entered a 5 star resort. I'm serious. Everything was perfect. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The grounds were lovely. I will most definitely return.

one of the most luxurious accommodations. many thanks to the villa managers for a wonderful stay. the Provencal and Colonial rooms are simply magnificent. treated like the dearest guests. easy access, parking, silence and stars in the night sky were all charming. helped with booking a table in the restaurant, dinner was perfect. recommended places to visit in provence. absolute privacy.

Perfect hide away near Gordes

Everything was very beautifully decorated and super clean. Beautiful garden and spots to enjoy. Pierre and his family are very welcoming. Pool is a bit cold which however is refreshing when having hot wether all day. Furthermore the pool was perfectly clean. We also really enjoyed the barbecue at the villa. We would love to come back.

Wonderful stay

The continental breakfast was delicious, tasty and fresh. Rooms were superb, with lovely comfy beds. Both Pierre and Jean-Francois who run Villa Hautvallon were charming (and their gorgeous big dog - even after our grumpy old dog had a go at it!) Perfect location - 5 mins walk into town, gentle slope, not the hike I was expecting!

An ideal haven in one of the most picturesque places on earth.

The setting of this B&B is simply stunning, an absolute haven in the Provence region. Delicious breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. Pierre was also fabulous with suggestions of places to eat and things to do and is always willing to assist.

Just having to walk up and down the hill into town was a little challenging after a while. After a lovely dinner, having to climb the hill back up to the B&B was tiring however this is outside of the B&Bs responsibility. Just bring good comfortable walking shoes :-)

Excellent, exceeded expectations. Would recommend again!

Location was great, close to town. Great facilities. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Heated pool! It was a little cold! We also thought that the walk back to the hotel at night was dark (no lights at all!)
