About this house rental
This beautiful, expansive, private peninsula spans nearly two acres and is a destination unto itself within the quaint and beautiful settlement of Hope Town, on Elbow Cay, Abaco. Featuring a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private pool and a large, very protected, 90ft dock for easy access and safe anchorage for your vessel(s), this boater's haven is a gem of a property, unlike any other in Hope Town. Great for large families and those that may like to entertain and spend time outdoors, guests can arrive back at their private dock after a day of boating, fishing or beaching, and get to unwind on one of the many decks surrounding the home. Breathtaking sunset views and cocktails in hand are a favourite pastime for our guests. The property runs sea to sea, and is surrounded by 270 degrees of water, situated on the protected/leeward side of Hope Town, close to Firefly Sunset Resort and the world-famous Tahiti Beach.
This very eco-friendly property also features a complete solar system to power the home, a back-up standby generator, piped music with a speaker system throughout the house, a water RO system, and an outdoor kitchen for grilling. Standup paddelboards are available as well as a mini putting green, making your island happy hours just that just more chill.
Make this private oasis your next vacation destination in Hope Town. Having a boat is a must when renting this property. There is no golf cart access directly to the property. We recommend booking golf carts in advance due to high demand on the island. Caretaker's assistance is available (and included) for all of our bookings - additional details are provided. The property is beautiful. Location is ideal if you are a competent boater. A 30' center console is a must have for this trip and gives you access to all of the fun things to do on the surrounding islands. The dock is well protected and the channel into the cove is well marked. The owner was easy to work with and accommodating when a small maintenance issue popped up. The views from the pool and beach chairs on the peninsula are outstanding. Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay at TipSea Point on Elbow Cay! The home itself is beautiful—well-designed, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The pool and landscaping make the property feel like a private resort, with stunning views all around.The dock was a huge highlight for us, easily accommodating our 42ft HCB center console. It made getting on and off the water seamless, and really elevated the whole experience. The house caretaker was very helpful and can ferry you across the shallow cove if needed, but we highly recommend having your own boat to make the most of this secluded oasis.Overall, TipSea Point delivers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and island luxury. We can’t wait to return!
