This spacious **2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome** comfortably accommodates **up to 6 guests**, making it ideal for couples, families and small groups.

The two-storey layout provides plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a **king bed, private ensuite and two-person jetted tub**—a welcome place to unwind after skiing, hiking or exploring the area. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own bathroom.

On the main level, the living room offers a comfortable place to relax together, with a **pull-out sofa** providing additional sleeping space when needed. Settle in for a movie, plan tomorrow’s adventures or simply enjoy a quiet evening at home.

The **fully equipped kitchen** includes the essentials for preparing breakfast, snacks or a full dinner. In-suite laundry makes longer stays and active vacations especially convenient.

Stay connected with **free high-speed Wi-Fi**, and enjoy multiple TVs throughout the townhome for easy entertainment.

Happy Valley puts you in an excellent location for experiencing Collingwood and the Blue Mountain area.

You’re approximately **10 minutes from Blue Mountain Village**, where you’ll find skiing, snowboarding, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, restaurants, shops and year-round activities.

**Scandinave Spa and downtown Collingwood are approximately 6 minutes away**, giving you quick access to restaurants, breweries, cafés, shopping and entertainment.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty nearby, including the **Georgian Trail**, hiking and cycling routes, golf courses, beaches, paddling, horseback riding and Georgian Bay.

Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. During the warmer months, enjoy hiking, cycling, golf, beaches and days on the water. Fall is especially beautiful, with spectacular colours throughout the Niagara Escarpment and surrounding countryside.

**Free parking** is available, with designated and visitor parking options.

**Pets are welcome** with prior approval and an applicable pet fee, so your four-legged family member may be able to join you.

Seasonal outdoor pool access is also available as an **optional paid amenity from approximately June through September**.
