Ideally located apartment in the center of Paris, in the famous Marais district, 10 minutes from the city hall. It's a very lively district, thanks to its many pedestrian streets that give access to many of the capital's trendiest restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Rue de Montmorency, in the heart of Paris, this tastefully decorated 32 m2 apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life. Warm, bright, and very well-equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with family, couple, or friends.
Sublime apartment very well arranged is composed:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 sofa bed in the living room
- 1 dinner table
- 1 lounge area with Smart television
- 1 fully equipped American kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven...
- 1 shower room and 1 toilet.
Apartment on the ground floor
Sheets will be prepared for the number of guests required for the reservation

This district is rich in museums, there is the Picasso Museum 7 minutes walk, 1km from Notre Dame de Paris, 1.5 km from the Louvre Museum.
You are also a 9-minute walk from the famous BHV department store.
You will find a large Monoprix supermarket 1 minute away (5 rue des Haudriettes)
Some restaurants in the area:
- The Archives terrace (51 Rue des Archives) French bistro
- Hank Burger (55 Rue des Archives) Burger specialties
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple) For a brunch
- Le 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers) Moroccan specialties restaurant
My apartment is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe.
I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in typically Parisian bars and small shops.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a perfect location. Great mattress! The photos are an excellent depiction of the unit. Very professional manager, with uniformly quick responses to all inquiries. Next trip to Paris, we will look to book here again.

Great location, felt very safe. Restaurants and cafes a few blocks away. The size was perfect for 2. The beds were really comfortable. Easy check in and out. Host was easy to chat with.

The apartment is in a very good location to get to The Marais, Beaubourg and the river within a 10 minute walk. It is quiet at night and we felt safe. It is air conditioned and has a good shower room. However, it is to all intents and purposes, hermetically sealed with no usable opening windows and the windows have obscure film or shutters on them so you can’t see outside- necessary, presumably, because it is at street level. The sitting room portion has better climate control, the bedroom and shower room have a fan running at all times but doesn’t cool. The furnishings are adequate but basic. The beds are fine but the pillows are less so. . It would just about be possible to cook a meal, but there are plenty of good places to get bread and croissants etc. nearby. Plenty of restaurants but need to make reservations.
There are a number of housekeeping issues. The bedside lights don’t work, the shower room door lock needs to be fixed and drops out, scatter cushions and a rug in the bedroom are very grubby. There is nowhere to hang wet towels. the wall mounted tv in the bedroom is at a precarious angle.
The information pack supplied by the agent showing external entry codes and the details on the back of the door showing Wi-Fi codes are contradictory, however the agents were responsive both by email, text and phone call when we found ourselves locked out of both. So check before travelling what the correct codes are particularly if you plan to arrive when it is dark.
