This 3rd-floor condo offers the best view: the pond and the swimming pool. The screened-in patio allows you to relax and sunbathe all day long with lay-flat lounge chairs. Only steps away from the community pool, available for guests to use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Reserve this inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bath haven, only 5 min to Lewes Beach and 15 min to Rehoboth.
The space
As parents of young children, we design the place with kids in mind. The place is kid-proof, and we offer a high chair, as well as a bassinet.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an extra large walk-in closet, a desk for working from home, and a master bath, which is stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, q-tips, and hairdryer.
The second bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with a twin over king over twin bed. However, please keep in mind there is a restriction of 125 lbs for the twin beds. The second bathroom is right outside the door, again fully stocked.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dinnerware and flatware, a wine opener, a toaster, and a rice cooker.
Feel free to help yourself with some coffee or tea to begin your adventure at the beach. We offer a variety of K-cups coffee and tea at the coffee station located in the kitchen.
The washer and dryer are located right inside the condo for your convenience.
Guest access:
Entire condo. We offer privacy and convenience with self-check-in.
Other things to note:
1. For health and safety reasons, please absolutely no smoking in the condo or patio. Smoking will result in a $300 fee.
2. Pets under 20 lbs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.
3. No parties or events please.
Limitation of Liability:
Renter agrees to release Owner and HOA from any liability from renter’s or renter’s guests use of the swimming pool.
