About this house rental
Your home away from home in Norwood Young America with 3 bedrooms. So convenient to Waconia, Glencoe and the SW area of the Twin Cities. This newly updated house features 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, great for a peaceful night's sleep. The sofa is also available for the 6th person to sleep on. There is one bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. With central heating/AC and WiFi available, guests can stay connected and cozy. There are smart TVs available with internet to stream your favorite shows and movies. Enjoy the convenience of a full sized washer and dryer, sitting on the covered porch or back patio and roasting marshmallows around the firepit in the large yard. The entire inside has been completely refreshed and updated. A great place to call homebase while you're away!
Pet fee is per week, up to 7 days. The cleaning fee for stays over 12 days is $300.00
The West Carver Community Pool, many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Baylor Park is 3 miles aways and has boating, walking and biking trails, frisbee gold course and sand volleyball.
It is an easy commute to the Twin Cities for unlimited access to events, restaurants and activities. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red House! It was super clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. We were very comfortable. We will have the house on a return to list.

We had a wonderful stay in Norwood Young America! The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, which made our trip so easy. We loved the beautiful yard and the quiet neighborhood—it’s just a short, pleasant walk to a cute local diner for breakfast.The highlight for me, however, was the hospitality. I was devastated when I realized I’d left my AirPods behind, but the owner was kind enough to ship them back to me immediately. Truly a 5-star experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
