★ The barn is perfect for large group gatherings. There are 2 king size beds, 7 queen sized beds and 2 twin sized beds. 3 FULL bathrooms.
★ There is a custom 24ft sports bar located directly next to the indoor 1/2 court basketball court.
★ The mini golf course has 2 holes and is located on the first floor of the barn in the garage area, next to the lounge, pool table and arcade. The arcade includes shuffleboard, skee-ball, pinball, pac man, and darts.
★ The movie theater includes a massive 85" flat screen smart TV with 8 comfy leather recliners for guest use.
★ The hot tub, fire pit, patio, covered pergola, grill, lounge, and outdoor dining space is located on the rear side of the barn before the backyard.
★ There is a dedicated home office / work station in case you or anyone in your group is working remotely, or if anyone needs some space to pop open their laptops.
★ There is a 4 acre secluded walking trail through the woods on the property off the back right corner of the backyard.
★ Most of the restored barnwood furniture was sourced from a local Amish carpenter from southwestern wisconsin.

The property is as lovely as pictured and provided a lot of entertainment for a birthday weekend to celebrate my husband turning 50. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and to gather together when we wanted to be together. My suggestion for improvement would to stock more supplies- for 10 people, the 1 roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper were definitely not enough, 1 towel per person wasn't enough for showering and using the hot tub (and there were no hand towels in the entire house), and when we were cooking meals we were surprised there was no baking sheet to use in the oven, no spatula, tongs, etc. At this price point, I didn't expect to have to bring my own kitchen utensils or paper products and linens. We were also surprised most of the beds did not have flat sheets, only fitted sheets and down comforters.

Our family group of 15 stayed three nights; even though the weather was a bit chilly, there was something for everyone indoors and outdoors. There are nearby pickleball & tennis courts and a great castle playground & park for the kids. We enjoyed the variety of amenities and accommodations that could accommodate those of 3 - 90 years of age!

The basketball barn was perfect for a guys weekend. We played basketball, enjoyed watching sports in the living room, and really enjoyed using the theater room. There were a lot of bedrooms and linens and towels were provided.The VRBO owners were super reasonable about check out steps making cleanup and checkout super easy.
