Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! We loved our stay at The Garden Gate Cottage A while we were visiting Franklin. The cottage is quite charming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture...which is important! The back porch was very relaxing and peaceful ...were kept company by numerous birds and rabbits. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Franklin. Franklin is beautiful and we will be returning...and will definitely be booking the cottage again! Many thanks to Matt. He is a gracious host and was very helpful with answering questions.

This was such a charming house! Everything was so clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Close to great restaurants and shopping! We would definitely book here again! Thank you Matt, you have a great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and it was very comfortable for four adults. We loved it upon sight! It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. It was an easy walk to Franklin and a central location to many other Nashville sights. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

Super convenient location between historic downtown and The Factory. Place was spacious and cute- very charming. Loved the back porch- we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again!
