About this apartment rental
We are thrilled to be back online after Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022, and to welcome you back to our beach sanctuary! The island remains under construction and re-building, and restaurants and the grocery store are a short drive away. During our downtime, we took the opportunity to make some updates to our condo, including all new cabinets, stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen.
Our balcony overlooks the Gulf’s sunsets and the island’s bird and turtle sanctuary. Just steps from our building are seven miles of pristine beach for you to discover. Enjoy time sitting in the sand with a book or a walk, collecting a variety of shells along the way. Our favorite activity in the area is paddle boarding in and around Lovers Key State Park, just a mile south of the condo.
We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler, as well as soaps and laundry essentials. In the event you want to stay inside, there are books, games and a 50” smart TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime (for those with accounts). High-speed Wi-Fi is available for you to use during your stay. You will also have access to the onsite outdoor pool, tennis court, and brand-new pickle ball courts.
We take extra steps to assure cleanliness and your safety while you are here and disinfect the condo’s furnishings, kitchenware, and beach paraphernalia. All linens are changed with each guest, even unused ones in the closets, (sheets, towels, beach towels, and bedding including mattress pad and duvet).
**In-season rentals (December through April) require a Saturday-to-Saturday stay.

Everything was excellent, plenty of supplies in the unit to get us thru. The beach chairs, towels & beach bag was appreciated. We loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly & we walked everywhere.

Nicely renovated condo with beautiful views. The location was great for exploring nearby or for taking day trips. The residents in the complex were very friendly. Our host was super responsive and we had good communications.
