About this house rental
Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location being minutes to downtown and just a few blocks to Oaklawn Event Center Racint & Casino. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note, to access the backyard, u have to go out of the kitchen door. We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided). We also have a seasonal waffle bar. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided, along with makeup towels.
Wi-fi and Roku tv's ( u can log into your accounts) in the living space and both bedrooms. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom. Completely fenced back yard with a charcoal grill for your use and a patio table and chairs. There is a long second drive that can accommodations a boat or extra parking. Our carport is a dusk till dawn so no light switch

My mom and I stayed here for a girls' trip, and it was perfect. The house was just as described and the perfect size for the two of us. It was cozy and had everything that we could possibly need. The owner truly thought of everything, and all of the details that she included were so amazing...there was a jar of hair ties, a waffle making station (YUM!!), and (although I didn't bring my dog this time) a jar of treats and basket of dog toys for those that bring their dog. My ONLY critique would be that the area that the house is in did not appear to be greatest. However, it is conveniently located to everything, and the street itself was quiet.

This is a very cute house. Very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable for us and our dog. We recommend Lisa as a host and and her beautiful home to anyone staying near Hot Springs National Park.

Awesome place. Very cute and comfy. Had everything you could possibly need. It is very close and convenient to everything in Hot Springs. Loved this place. Host is very responsive if you need any thing.
