Yard comes with grill and beautiful outside porch with pergola and plenty of furniture perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. Newly renovated floors inside the house. Beach chairs, toys are included, and the house is a quick walk to the beach and evening sunsets on the 12th st public pier.

Sean and Gina's place was perfect for our family for a quick OC getaway... they were super communicative and even allowed us a late check out. The fenced in yard was great for our pup & something you don't get with a lot of OC rentals - Will definitely return!!!

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway and the selling points were the fenced in yard, outdoor seating and outdoor shower to clean up the pups after playing in the sand. Unfortunately the outdoor shower was not functioning and the furniture was dirty. However the inside of the home was clean and presentable. It is only street parking but was easy to come by during our stay. We did notice a section of floor in the bedroom was spongy and freaked me out when I first stepped on it, but it was easy to avoid once knowing it was there.The host was always quick to respond and recommended some great places to eat.
