House was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The owner was very quick to respond and resolve any issues that we had. We enjoyed all the Oz memorabilia and would recommend this house to friends.

Great place to stay for a weekend with our BC student. Downstairs area is very spacious, house had everything we could need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, thoughtful details. Communication with owner was great (we locked ourselves out by accident & they were very gracious!). Location is good & street is very quiet. Will definitely return!

Our host was very responsive to questions and requests. When they call this an OZ experience they aren’t kidding! We all enjoyed discovering new OZ items daily! The kitchen was perfect. We only ate breakfast in but filled the fridge with lots of doggie bags and items for a reception at the college. We discovered the downstairs powder room at the end of our trip. The stairs are old and creaky, and it would’ve saved us waking up a baby to go to the bathroom at night… By the way, the baby had just as much fun as us! Lots of toys and a highchair and porta crib were available. The big expensive porch with rocking chairs were used daily. All the furniture was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Franklin OZ house. It was a perfect place to get away for our Kansas girls weekend trip! The house is beautiful and has so many endearing features. The amenities are perfect and loved spending time looking at all of the collections in the house!
