The space
This is a new spacious 1 bedroom queen size studio with a full bath and kitchenette. Please note, you are not sharing this room in the owner's home. This is like a small historic hotel. You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

You will have access to Studio #6, located downstairs to the left of the home upon entering gate. 1880 Charming Victorian in the sweet spot of Ballard

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space is set up nicely, access was simple. Plenty of street parking. The host was very helpful with answering questions before we booked to be sure it would meet our needs. Walkable to library, store, park and lots of restaurants and pubs. And easy access to buses to quickly get to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice space. Very comfortable bed with feather pillows and duvet. Very supportive host. And easy walk to restaurants and public transportation.

Good. Cozy and functional basement unit with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Thought it came with a washer/dryer but didn’t. Friendly and welcoming host.
