Nice place in quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to bus stop. 3 min walk to main street with lots of restaurants. Nice park just up the road. Maria was very responsive. Street parking directly in front. Would stay again!

The unit was as described. The host indicated he preferred VRBO messaging but had trouble getting notifications or replying on time. Amenities were minimal. No shampoo or conditioner, Kleenex, etc. - minor issues. Convenient location, great parking.

Excellent place to stay in Medford. Everything was great and we ended up only had two persons staying here, for which it was great!
