Please no parking on the grass or in the cul-de-sac. If you have a trailer please put it in the garage (HOA rule) or Sunset Marina ($10/day).

Owner's boat stays in the slip and guests are welcome to tie up to the side.

To help you plan for your visit, we provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 towel per registered guest. You will also find a roll of paper towels, some dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry pods and trash bags. This is a starter supply of items and not enough for most stays.
