Family friendly but quiet neighborhood, close to parks, tennis, splash pads. Fabulous mountain views, sunrises & sunsets. Just pack your bag as everything is provided for your use & enjoyment. 30 Minutes from Phoenix Center. Home of Baseball Spring training camps for the Cactus League all with in Valley area. Horse racing nearby at Turf Paradise,1501 W. Bell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85023 2 hours to skiing in Flagstaff, 4 hours to Las Vegas 4 hrs to Los Angeles all make great day trips.
Private heated pool, controlled community, Car is essential. Shopping nearby, Airport 40 minutes away. 1 Small pet allowed Travel Crib & High chair on site.
Professional CLEANERS prior to every guests stay. Freshly painted in Spring 2021

The kitchen was properly equipped. It is a lovely home and perfect location for us to rest and relax away from the cold weather. We throughly enjoyed the heated pool. It is about 15 minutes for groceries but it doesn’t seem far. We will be booking this house again if available.

Great little house. Had everything we needed. Really loved the backyard with the patio and pool. Would definitely book with Tony again.
