Hurry, the sun is calling at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL! Centrally located along the Gulf of Mexico, the resort offers up an array of amenities sure to accommodate your every whim. Start the day slow with a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool. Graze in the lobby gift shop for beachwear, decor items, and supplies. Get in a workout at the fitness facility, followed by some relaxation in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Unwind with complimentary DVD rentals and head back out to enjoy the tiki bar (seasonal) or chill by the beach in a lounge chair with umbrella (fee). SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your large gatherings and functions. Upon entrance, you’ll be immediately uplifted by the cheerful decor, open floor plan, and gorgeous views. The kitchen is stocked full of everything needed to prepare a tasty spread, with plenty of cabinets for storage and counter space for serving. Curl up on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and catch a game or movie on the flat-screen TV. Savor the sunset on the balcony or call it a night and retire to the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Overall the room was great. Only complaint was it was noisy being an ‘inside’ room & it’s the first place I’ve stayed where you could hear the mechanics of the elevator in the bedroom every time it was used it seemed. Nothing that a sound machine probably couldn’t fix but that was annoying. I was also shocked to learn when we got there that you weren’t allowed to use a personal beach umbrella. Nowhere in the listing did I see that. So you had to pay around 32 just for an umbrella which may be a deal breaker for some.

The place was very clean. Beautiful view. We know they had construction going on before we booked. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was do to,over all the place was very noisy. From knowing every time one elevator was in use when your in the bedroom to knowing everything the neighbor was doing the next day in the living room.

The condo was fine clean and just us two but they are doing renovations and they would start at 8 AM and go until after 5PM everyday ! Very loud

Clean condo, beautiful views from the balcony, great beach access. Only issue we had was with the curtains to the balcony, the rod was broken which made closing the curtains very difficult.
