Conveniently located in downtown Wilmington's historic district, and just a short walk to our booming central business district, this thoughtfully designed home has it all. A cozy, covered front porch is perfect for receiving and entertaining friends and neighbors, while the screened porch is better served for those best of friends that stay a little longer. This house is lovely inside and out! Spacious yet cozy and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed available. The front porch is amazing and we spent most of our time there, THe location if fabulous - very walkable to all of downtown, I highly recommend this property!
