We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The property was 100% clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the rooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms and cozy beds. The location was excellent, very close to coffee shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Although we couldn’t see the volcano because of the cloudy weather, the surrounding nature was beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting a sloth within walking distance of the property, so we didn’t even need to book a sloth tour! There is also a great trail right in front of the house. About half a mile down, you’ll find a small river where we spent time soaking and enjoying nature. It was absolutely worth it.The only reason I’m giving it a 9/10 instead of a perfect score is that there was a noticeable odor inside the house at times. Opening the windows helped, although a few flies came in. Some additional ventilation might improve the experience.Overall, an amazing stay, and we would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing experience booking with Arenal Heights Villas. The included concierge service was phenomenal and helped us plan an unforgettable stay. The vendors they work with were all top notch. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations as well. The villa was exactly as portrayed and the layout worked perfectly for my family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had a gorgeous view of the Arenal volcano. With the way the villas are set up, it felt very private and we barely noticed we had neighbors. Super simple check in and check out. The fruit bowl welcoming us upon our arrival after a long travel day was a great touch. Highly recommend!
