Perfect property for our two families of 4 adults, 4 kids. It really lived up to the other 5 star reviews I had seen.The first thing you notice is the outstanding communication from the host, both before and during your stay. They always answered my questions within 10 minutes and even delivered us some sand for the shuffleboard table same-day when we realized it was empty.The layout on the inside was tasteful and more spacious for the 8 of us. But the real gem is the backyard pool, hot tub, and hangouts. Plenty of shady spaces with plenty of seating for everyone. It was 95 degrees most of the time we were there and whenever we weren't out having fun on the strip, we spent all of our time back here.Very close to the action but you'll be grateful you get to leave it and come back to this home each day.

Absolutely wonderful stay — will definitely be back!Our host was fantastic — responsive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the start. The property itself was stunning: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and clearly very well cared for. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and such a highlight of our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to coming back!

The outdoor space was great, they could use new cushions on their furniture. Some pretty stained and some chairs had no cushions. But pool area and hot tub were nice. Inside overall the house is nice but pretty dark.
