Property is beautifully decorated, lots of extra touches. Close to town, very walkable and the use of the golf cart was a bonus. We only used the cart for groceries and to transport luggage. Great communication with host and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. The 4 flights of stairs were a bit frightening at first, but we used them to get all our steps in every day! We were there 4 days and hated to leave!

Such a beautiful property!! The deck is spectacular—a mix of sun and shade, plenty of room and a fire pit ! Comfortable furniture, a life-saving funicular ( especially for luggage) and very clean. Great to have a golf cart, and just a perfect location for shopping and eating in Avalon.

Lovely property with a fabulous view! The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare and enjoy a meal, with plenty of good quality dishware, cookware, and glasses. We enjoyed the balcony views and cozy fire table corner each evening. The home was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. Beds are comfy, even the inflatable mattress passed the test! The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly both before and during our visit. Every communication with her was positive. The funicular was handy for luggage and small grand kids. Our entire family says "wow!" and thanks.
