About this cottage rental

Historic Shotgun House, located just off Greene Street. This building was moved from the ghost town of Eureka and completely remodeled. Stay in a piece of San Juan County mining history with all the modern comforts. The Shotgun House features a King sized bed in master with attached half bath. The living room features a queen pullout. Enjoy a private outdoor area with panoramic views. The perfect location for all backcountry adventures. All restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The shotgun house was great and as described. Was clean and had all the extras and nice-to-haves that one wants and expects. Plenty of space throughout in bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Nice little area outside front door w/ picnic table and some grassy space for the dog. Close and convenient to mainstreet in town and good access to all the outdoors available in the area. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Shotgun house was wonderful. The house is very roomy for two people and is located in town, easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meal. Loved that it was pet friendly, and there is a wonderful little yard. We will return.
