***11th floor oceanfront family-friendly condo with usual amenities included. SLEEPS 4 ADULTS COMFORTABLY IN THEIR OWN ROOMS. 2 OTHER ADULTS CAN SLEEP ON COUCH IN FAMILY ROOM AND TWIN MATTRESS THAT CAN BE PLACED IN FRONT ROOM OR ON MASTER BEDROOM FLOOR. CONDO RULES - NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE STAYING IN CONDO. We are currently making updates to the condo and the second bedroom will contain a queen bed only. The bunkbed is being replaced. Contact-free check-in and check-out. High speed, reliable wireless internet; 55 inch Samsung smart TV. The master suite has a large king-sized bed with access to balcony, en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom a queen bed, and there is a separate twin mattress in the walk-in closet available for use. Both bedrooms have televisions with cable. The kitchen has bar seating and is equipped with all you need to cook your favorite meals and brew your morning coffee. The living area has a brand new leather power reclining sofa (all three large seats recline). Balcony access available from the living area and the master suite. Full sized laundry available in separate room across the hallway from the front door. Lounge chairs, sand toys and boogie boards are stored in that closet. The condo is beach front with direct beach access from the pool deck, with a locked private gate. Library and fitness room available on first floor.
The Van Lee is the tallest beachfront building in Ormond Beach and is in a great location for your next beach vacation. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are within walking or short drive distance. There's plenty to do in Ormond Beach, with its parks, shopping, mini golf, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts and beautiful gardens up and down Granada Blvd beachside and across the Halifax River. Orlando, St. Augustine, Disney, Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral and the Space Center are all around an hour's drive.
You might see dolphins from the balcony in the morning; the pool is also shaded in the late afternoon if the kiddos need to get out of the sun for awhile. Residential Ormond Beach is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Daytona that you can enjoy all America's Beach has to offer and still return to peace and tranquility at the Van Lee (25 percent discount if renting over 28 days.). The 11th floor View was Spectacular! The weather was mostly perfect for all of our 4 days there. The Host was responsive, caring and kind. And best of all there were no renovations going on at during our time there this time. We are Thankful. This was our third stay at the Van Lee & we hope to return in the fall.

I hadn't been to a Florida beach in a long time and so I didn't really know what to expect. The walk to the beach was incredibly short compared to other places I've stayed. Loved that! The Ormond Beach area is super cute! Lots of stores and shops to explore. The view of the beach was superb! Got to watch beautiful sunrises every day.

Great view, easy access to restaurants, stores and Daytona. Would recommend better lighting at property entrances. Condo was clean and spacious.
