1825 Farmhouse - The frame of the 1825 Farmhouse was built at the same time as the 1825 Cottage (neighboring rental). The original staircase has been retained and refinished, showing the patina and warmth that only aged wood provides.
A covered patio that looks out over the 35 acres is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. This home features a large eat-in kitchen- a favorite place for families to cook and enjoy the camaraderie. There is one bedroom and a bath on the first floor; there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath plus a half bath on the second floor.
Three rental homes share the 35-acre well-maintained grounds. There is a scenic pond and a fire pit that is shared - build a fire and swap baseball philosophies under the peaceful stars. This property borders the Fly Creek Cider Mill and your host maintains a footpath to the Cider Mill.

We were in town for our Cooperstown tournament and booked here. I am so glad we did! The owners who introduced themselves are just lovely people and so helpful. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. Stocked with anything you would need to cook dinners there. The property is stunning. Our boys spent more time fishing in the ponds there than anything else. So grateful we chose here over other properties we were looking at. You absolutely cannot go wrong booking this property. We were sad to leave!

The house is spacious and in excellent condition. The surroundings are a beautiful combination of fields forest and a pond with the cider Mill just a short walk away
