This house is a great getaway that borders over 1500 acres of state land, great for hiking, snowmobiling, hunting, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. This house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room, pellet stove in the living room and nice screened-in patio. If traveling with young children we do have offer baby and toddler items if needed. Items: pack n play (with or without changing station), high chair, infant bath tub, toddler utensils. House was clean and easy to find. Overall a nice home to stay in during our time in the area, visiting Cooperstown!

Our extended family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, had everything we needed to cook and is in a beautiful area. We were about 15 minutes from All Star Village and the drive was pretty. The one thing I will say that may be perceived as a negative is the downstairs shared bathroom is very dark, and made it incredibly hard to do makeup and get ready in the morning. Only 1 other room had a mirror in it, so we couldn't find a good option. A previous review mentioned you had to go through the Master bedroom to get to other rooms and that almost deterred us from renting this property, but when arriving we noticed this is not the case and every room has its own entrance.Our family would come back to this home of we were ever in the area again.

Loved our stay! Communication with the owners was top notch. The house was clean and is in a safe area and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown where our kids were playing at Doubleday Field. The house easily accommodates two families so that each can have their own areas of the house.

We were in the area to watch my grandson at the Cooperstown Dream Park. This was a fantastic location. It was peaceful and surrounded by woods yet close enough to get to the ball fields in under 20 minutes. The home is well equipped and met all our needs. Our stay was during the heat wave and we were happy to have air conditioning available.
