About this farm stay rental
Perfect space for a large family or friend gathering. Minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village! This fully updated 1830’s farmhouse is nestled between the village library and Methodist church. Sleeps 8 comfortably (3 queens, 2 twins) and can sleep an additional 4 guests on the full-sized futon and pull out couch. Includes 3 brand new bathrooms and a renovated kitchen!

The property was very clean and convenient to the Stony Brook Castle. There were 10 of us and the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 10 people. The stairs are a little steep, and there are differences in flooring that may make it harder for older people. We had a great time and everyone got to stay together.
