Marco Island Waterfront Vacation Home Rental: Beautiful western exposure custom-built gulf access pool home with over 2,363 square feet living area with gorgeous wide water views and marvelous sunsets. Spacious floor plan featuring open kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining, separate breakfast area and spacious living room, 3 bedrooms plus home office and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy Marco Islands endless water views either from your covered patio area overlooking the electric heated pool, from your screened sundeck or the open sundeck just 5 steps away from the boat dock. Go fishing, boating, beachcombing or relax in the sun. The beach is in walking distance. The open sun terrace, seawall and boat dock have just been finished and add great value for outdoor activities and to enjoy Florida’s sun. Take advantage of the heated pool or barbequing with friends and family. The home has a two-car garage with 2 single garage doors. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer such as walk to beach or a short ride to shopping and restaurants.
