Located in the highly popular Montrose neighborhood, you are half-a-mile from everything our wonderful Downtown area has to offer! This space is perfect for groups of 8 or less.
Featuring a 2nd floor open concept kitchen/living space. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Whether you want to make dinner at home or reheat leftovers--we have you covered.

1st Floor: 1st guest bedroom/bathroom.
2nd Floor: Living area, chef's kitchen, dining area, and half bath.
3rd floor: Primary bedroom: One King bed with full bathroom; Bedroom #3: 2 full size beds with full bathroom.
4th Floor: Roof top patio and dry bar.

Keyless access.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
We are located inside of a very small, gated community.
Please do not play loud music after 10:00 P.M.

Was in town with 4 of my girlfriends for a wedding. Loved this property. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious kitchen and living areas for hanging out. Very clean and equipped with all the necessities. We loved all the photo ops with the neon signs! ;) Hosts were very responsive in all communications. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved the location with proximity to great coffee shops and restaurants. The property was comfortable and spacious for our group. Great air conditioning and a garage for parking.

We booked the property for a company retreat, and it was simply fantastic. Great kitchen, greater grill and rooftop patio, phenomenal location... we can't speak highly enough about it.

We were very pleased with the home and the location. Very modern, clean, and stocked with supplies that came in handy. The only thing missing that would have made this home perfect is an elevator, due to the 3 levels. Overall still highly recommended!
